Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product. We will refund or reprint your order in the following cases:

  • The product is flawed.
  • Incorrect design compared to what was displayed on our website.
  • Wrong product type or size.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Report the issue within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order/invoice ID.
  3. Attach a picture of the incorrect or damaged item (if applicable).

Once reviewed, refunds are processed within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds are expected to arrive in 2-3 business days.

Returns:

No need to return defective or incorrect items. A refund will be processed immediately upon approval.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • The order did not arrive due to incorrect shipping details or failure to collect.
  • Delays caused by customs or natural disasters.
  • The item matches the description provided on the site.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours. A 10% management fee will be deducted. After 24 hours, the item is in production, and cancellations are not possible.

Refund Timeframes:

  • PayPal: 48 hours
  • Credit Card: 10-14 business days (depending on your bank)

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only offered for incorrect size items sent by our mistake or for print-related issues. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If your refund hasn’t arrived, follow these steps:

  • Check your bank or card account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank for further processing details.
